The Macklowe American Collection Kentucky Straight Bourbon (also marketed as Red Label) is a small-batch bourbon sourced from an undisclosed Kentucky distillery. It is made from a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, fermented via the sweet mash method, aged 4 years in ISC Cooper's Select new American oak barrels and blended by Master Blender Brendan McCarron. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 46% ABV and retails for around $70.
