  • Aromas and flavors of cedar and green garden herbs, ginger and orange zest, and clover honey with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, intriguing, medium-length finish that exhibits accents of milk chocolate covered mint, salted caramel and orange zest, and honey and five spice.

  • This leans on the sweeter side with an interesting spicy kick that warrants an ice cube or three to make it a lingering sipper and is probably ideal in a cocktail. While a bit peculiar, it also makes for a fun, if occasional pour.

  • Shortbread cookie dipped in vanilla and caramel frosting. Fruitcake is shared with some bitter undertones of dark chocolate. Ginger rises.

  • The nose on this whiskey is one of the most delicious and bizarre Ive ever encountered. Fruity, light, bright, it didnt really bring a base of cereal grains to mind, it was almost more like a wine.
