Mammoth Woolly Bourbon is produced by Mammoth Distilling in Central Lake, Michigan. Made from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley and 2% caramel malt, the bourbon uses grains sourced from Northern Michigan farms and water drawn from the Torch Lake aquifer. It is distilled in a custom 650-liter pot still, aged in new charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 46% ABV.
