Angel’s Envy has announced its 2026 Cask Strength Dual Release, pairing its annual cask strength bourbon with a new 10-year cask strength rye, the first age-stated rye whiskey from the brand.

Both limited releases will be available starting April 17, with the bourbon priced at $249.99 and the rye at $269.99 per 750-milliliter bottle. Distribution will be nationwide for the bourbon, while the rye will be limited to the U.S.

The annual cask-strength bourbon returns at 117.8 proof. The 2026 edition is built using a Solera-style process, where each release incorporates whiskey from prior batches. The blend includes some of the brand’s oldest Kentucky straight bourbon and undergoes extended finishing of up to three years in Ruby Port barrels.

“This year’s Cask Strength Bourbon represents the next chapter in our Solera journey,” Angel’s Envy Master Distiller Owen Martin said in a news release. “Since each release builds on the one before it, we’re able to create a bourbon with real depth and continuity; something that evolves rather than resets. The extended finishing in Ruby Port barrels enhances both structure and richness, resulting in a bold, layered expression that’s powerful, polished, and distinctly Angel’s Envy.”

The second release marks a milestone for the brand’s rye program. Bottled at 111.6 proof, the 10-year cask strength rye is made from whiskey distilled in 2013 and 2015 and aged in new charred oak before being finished in Caribbean rum casks for up to four years.

In 2023, Angel’s Envy released a cask-strength rye alongside the annual bourbon for the first time, but in 2024 and 2025 it went back to cask-strength bourbon alone, with no rye release. 2025’s Cask Strength Bourbon release was the first age-stated bourbon ever from the brand.

“Since launching our first Cask Strength Rye in 2023, we’ve consistently heard from consumers eager for its return,” Martin added. “With the 10-Year Cask Strength Rye, we wanted to take that enthusiasm further by introducing an age statement. Aged in both oak and Caribbean rum barrels for a combined ten years, this whiskey wasn’t made to meet a deadline; it was made to exceed expectations, reflecting the time, intention, and evolution behind every detail while staying true to our finishing-forward philosophy.”

The 2026 bourbon release will total about 20,640 bottles in the U.S., with an additional 1,446 bottles allocated internationally. The rye will be more limited, with about 10,800 bottles available domestically.
