Rebecca Creek Distillery in San Antonio, Texas, released a series of 16-year-old single barrel bourbons sourced from MGP in fall 2022. The barrels were bottled at various proofs. The bourbon uses MGP’s low-rye mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
