Penelope Aged 17 Years American Light Whiskey was distilled from 99% corn and 1% malted barley at Seagram’s in Indiana in 2006 and aged in second-fill oak barrels. Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered, it is the third release in the producer’s Limited Release series. It rests at 138.8 proof. This is an expression that shares the Penelope American Light Whiskey labeling, and was selected by Liquor Depot.
