Reserva de la Torre Tequila Reposado is produced at Vinícola Jaliciense in Los Altos, southern Jalisco, Mexico. Blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens and extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with agave fibers. The tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills, aged for 6 months in American oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.
