Reserva de la Torre Tequila Añejo is produced at Vinícola Jaliciense in Los Altos, southern Jalisco, Mexico. Blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens and extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with agave fibers. The tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills, aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.
