Detrick Full Proof Single Barrel Bourbon is produced by Belle of Dayton Distillery in Dayton, Ohio. It is distilled from a five-grain mash bill of corn, oats, rye, wheat and malted barley, using water from the Great Miami Buried Valley Aquifer. The whiskey is pot distilled and aged in 53-gallon hand-toasted white oak barrels. Each bottle comes from a single barrel and is bottled at 120 proof, or 60% ABV.
