Sauza Tequila Blanco is produced at NOM 1102 in Jalisco, Mexico, using blue agave. The agave is processed with a diffuser before being cooked in an autoclave. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks as a mixto, and distillation takes place twice in column stills. Bottled at 80 proof, this tequila is unaged.

The finish is hot but thankfully brief. Alcohol is the dominant flavor overall, and this tequila is rough and generally unpleasant in its own.
