Sauza Blue Silver Tequila is produced at NOM 1102 in Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% blue agave. The agave is processed with a diffuser before being cooked in an autoclave. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, and distillation takes place twice in column stills. Bottled at 80 proof, this tequila is unaged.
Light and thin with hints of white pepper and grapefruit peel and a subtle agave note, the flavors burst onto the palate and then disappear just as suddenly.
