On Monday, Johnnie Walker, Diageo’s incredibly popular blended scotch whisky brand, announced a limited-edition Blue Label scotch whisky — Ice Chalet — in collaboration with the luxury skiwear brand, Perfect Moment.

The blend was crafted by Master Blender Emma Walker, and it comes in a blue bottle housed in a swanky crossbody bag designed by Perfect Moment. The bag, bottle and whisky are inspired by “Blue Hour” — which Johnnie Walker describes as “the magical time when skiing is done and turns to socializing.”

The whisky is bottled at 43% ABV, and the blend features components from 29 Diageo distilleries, including Brora, Clynelish, Dalwhinnie, Talisker and Cameronbridge. The whiskies were aged in a variety of types of casks, including refill American oak, rejuvenated heavily charred casks, ex-bourbon barrels and “some wine and sherry casks,” according to the brand.

Additionally, Perfect Moment is launching a capsule skiwear collection for both women and men, with coordinating designs, inspired by Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet.

“I’m thrilled to unveil our collaboration with Johnnie Walker for the Blue Label Ice Chalet bottle and Perfect Moment bag,” Perfect Moment co-founder and Creative Director Jane Gottschalk said in a news release. “Our goal was to capture the essence of the après-ski experience with a focus on luxury and meticulous attention to detail. Staying true to our brand’s DNA, we’ve highlighted our iconic North star motif, our brand’s icon. This collaboration embodies the spirit of creating memorable moments, seamlessly transitioning from the slopes to the city, and reflecting the evolution of Perfect Moment as a leader in fashion-forward, high-performance design.”

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet and its accompanying crossbody bag are available to purchase online and in  select retail locations globally starting Monday. The whisky has a suggested retail price of $350 per 750-milliliter bottle.

Johnnie Walker unveiled the blend alongside actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, an ambassador for the whisky brand and a Perfect Moment shareholder.

“The quintessential après-ski moment embodies the fusion of great fashion and good friends, ideally accompanied by an exceptional drink,” Chopra Jonas said. “Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet captures this essence perfectly, with a nod to the freshness of the mountains and a crossbody bag that looks as good on the snowy slopes as it does by the fireside.”

According to Johnnie Walker, just one in 10,000 barrels meets the requirements to be included in its Blue Label blends.

To celebrate the release, Johnnie Walker will host a series of luxury “Blue Hour” experiences at popular ski destinations. Events will occur in Deer Valley, Utah, and Niseko, Japan.
