Jameson Irish Whiskey announced on Tuesday that the Irish whiskey brand is rolling into St. Patrick’s Day festivities with a boozy, shamrock-green, double-decker bus in London.

The bright green bus features Jameson branding on the side and a fully stocked bar so guests can imbibe Jameson Ginger & Lime cocktails. Aisling Bea, an Irish stand-up comedian known for her role on “This Way Up,” was brought on to deliver a safety briefing with her cheeky humor.

“We’re proud to be launching our very own Jameson bus on such a big day for an Irish brand, and St. Patrick’s Day will always hold a special place in our hearts,” Jameson UK Brand Director Josh McCarthy said, according to Asian Trader. “The attention to detail inside the bus has to be seen to be believed.”

The Jameson St. Patrick’s Day bus will be parked outside the London King’s Cross Station from noon to 6 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day.

Jameson is going all out for St. Patrick’s Day this year. The Irish whiskey brand announced in February that it is teaming up with SNL’s Colin Jost and Michael Che to announce a new holiday — St. Patrick’s Day Eve — to solve the conundrum of St. Paddy’s Day falling on a Sunday.

For St. Patrick’s Day, the brand intends to put on its own version of a ball drop in Times Square Plaza at 8 p.m. the evening before, or midnight in Ireland.

The brand additionally intends to light up the Exosphere in Vegas in bright green and wrap Chicago water taxis in Jameson branding as they ride across the dyed-green Chicago River.

As for the brand’s bus in King’s Cross, the team at Jameson is excited to share it with the public.

“We can’t wait for as many people as possible to come and join us, raise a glass for the maiden voyage of our Jameson bus, and keep their eyes peeled for the bus popping up around the UK in 2024 and beyond.”
