MMA star Conor McGregor’s former nutritionist, George Lockhart, shared some key components of The Notorious’s diet and what gets him in ship shape — and it turns out the fighter subsists on protein and whiskey, Sportskeeda reported Tuesday.

“Obviously I worked with Conor for about six years,” Lockhart said. “I remember he loved lamb. I used to cook a s**t-ton of lamb for him! I got so good at cooking lamb, but that was his big go to.”

Besides lamb, McGregor was apparently a fan of dessert and had to stick to a regimented meal plan.

“I would say he was definitely a big sweets guy; you know what I mean? So he was on a good diet… whiskey and protein, you can’t beat that!”

Conor McGregor reportedly reentered the USADA testing pool, signaling a potential return to the ring, according to Sportskeeda

In late September, The Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey frontman’s pub in Dublin, Ireland, received a visit from a music icon.

Snoop Dogg visited The Forged Inn and was met with quite a warm reception. The rapper took photos posing with McGregor’s title belt and even snapped a few photos for the ‘Gram with McGregor’s mother, Margaret.

Rumors about McGregor’s return to the ring remain a bit hazy, but the MMA fighter dominates media headlines.

On Monday, The Sun reported that McGregor attempted to test his power on a punch machine in Dublin while sipping what looked like a Proper No. 12 cocktail and got an embarrassing score of… one.

The Irish fighter appeared to take it in stride and made light of the situation with his signature wry sense of humor.

“Number one, baby,” he quipped, per Hardhitterzuk.
