Woodford Reserve Partners With Compartés for Bourbon-Infused S’mores Chocolate Bar

Woodford Reserve and Los Angeles chocolatier Compartés have released a limited-edition S’mores Chocolate Bar infused with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, marking the third year of collaboration between the two brands.

Unveiled Monday, the chocolate bar blends dark chocolate with toasted marshmallow and graham cracker flavors, infused with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon.

Woodford Reserve Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall said the bourbon’s profile influenced the collaboration.

“Double Oaked is born from fire — two charred oak barrels creating its distinctive warmth and depth,” McCall said. “The flavors of Double Oaked lend themselves naturally to a s’mores experience — whether you’re savoring the chocolate bar or sipping the S’more Old Fashioned. We wanted to create something that brings people together.”

Jonathan Grahm, founder and chocolatier at Compartés, said the partnership allows the brand to explore new formats for bourbon-infused chocolate.

“Woodford Reserve has always been a stellar partner, and continuing to work with them allows us to create new ways for consumers to experience the magic of bourbon and chocolate,” Grahm said. “We’re grateful for the partnership and proud of what we’ve built together.”

Previous collaborations between Woodford Reserve and Compartés included a four-piece chocolate truffle collection and a bourbon-infused chocolate bar inspired by the Old Fashioned cocktail. The new S’mores Chocolate Bar expands on that concept with a campfire-inspired flavor profile.

The Compartés x Woodford Reserve Double Oaked S’mores Chocolate Bar has a suggested retail price of $9.95. It is available at select retailers nationwide, at the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, and online through shop.woodfordreserve.com, where it can be shipped nationwide.

Joining the release is a suggested cocktail recipe, the S’more Old Fashioned:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
  • 1 oz Light Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • Chocolate Syrup & Crushed Graham Cracker Rim
  • Toasted Marshmallow Garnish

Instructions:

  • Dip the rim of a rocks glass in chocolate syrup and crushed graham cracker.
  • Add a large ice cube, 1.5 oz of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, 1 oz of Light Brown Sugar Simple Syrup and two dashes of Chocolate Bitters.
