On Friday, Morningside Brands announced it has partnered with country artist Riley Green to launch Duck Club Bourbon, a whiskey line set to roll out across seven states in 2025. The Memphis-based spirits company said the brand aims to link bourbon culture with waterfowl hunting traditions while supporting wetlands conservation.

Green, a four-time Country Music Awards winner, said the project reflects his long-standing ties to the outdoors.

“I spend as much time as I can outdoors; the sport and the lifestyle around it are a big part of who I am. Duck Club™ Bourbon feels like natural fit I’m proud to be a part of a brand that honors the lifestyle I love,” Green said in a news release.

Morningside Brands CEO McCauley Williams said the company sees an opportunity to reach drinkers who value heritage and lower-priced, age-stated bourbon. “Duck Club™ Bourbon represents exactly what today’s bourbon drinker is looking for; authenticity, heritage, and whiskey quality at an incredible value,” Williams said. He added that Green’s involvement aligns the brand with a broad base of country and whiskey fans.

Duck Club Bourbon launches with two whiskeys:

• Duck Club Bourbon (92 proof, $29.99): A four-grain blend of 5- and 6-year bourbon. The blend is composed of a 5-year Kentucky straight bourbon distilled from 67% corn, 23% rye and 10% malted barley, and a 6-year-old wheated bourbon from Indiana made from 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley.
• Duck Club “High Brass” Bourbon (110 proof, $39.99): A blend of 5- and 8-year-old Kentucky straight bourbons. The 5-year lot uses the same 67/23/10 mashbill, while the 8-year component comes from a 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley recipe.

The brand was co-founded by Morningside Brands, Green and The Silent Group, an operator-led brand development firm that helped align the partnership and shape the whiskey lineup.

Distribution is scheduled to begin in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas in 2025, with a national expansion is planned for 2026. The whiskeys are also sold online with shipping to 42 states.

Morningside Brands’ portfolio includes Alma del Jaguar Tequila and Waymar Gin House. Duck Club Bourbon marks the company’s latest expansion into whiskey.
