The James B. Beam Distilling Co. is bringing back Knob Creek 21 Year Old bourbon, the oldest expression in the history of the distillery. The limited release will return to retailers nationwide at a suggested retail price of $249.99 per 750-milliliter bottle.

First released in October 2025, Knob Creek 21 Year Old is bottled at 100 proof after more than two decades of aging in barrels. The distillery says the bourbon offers notes of caramel, char, seasoned oak and caramelized sugar, with hints of fruit and smoke. Its finish features toffee and charred oak.

The distillery’s master distillers individually selected each barrel for its balance and depth, according to the company.

When The Daily Pour reviewed the bourbon following its debut last year, the whiskey showed a mix of dessert-like sweetness and substantial oak, with notes of butterscotch, cherry and cinnamon. Read our full review of last year’s Knob Creek 21 Year Old Bourbon release.

The bourbon is available for a limited time at retailers nationwide.
