The rare Weller Millennium bourbon headlines the list of prizes in Give 270’s charity whiskey raffle, set for April 30. The Elizabethtown, Kentucky-based nonprofit will draw 50 winning tickets in the “Bourbon Strong 50-4-50” event, which features several limited-edition bottles.

Just 3,000 tickets will be sold at $50 each and are available now at give270.org. The drawing begins at 8 p.m. Eastern and will be streamed live on the group’s Facebook and YouTube pages.

The top prize is the Weller Millennium, an ultra-aged blend of vintage wheated and straight bourbons distilled between 2000 and 2006. The bottle is housed in a crystal decanter with a hand-etched topper and illuminated display case and has a suggested retail price of $7,500. The release pays tribute to bourbon pioneer W.L. Weller.

The second prize is a pair of Elmer T. Lee bottles: one from 1992 and the 100 Year Tribute Single Barrel Bourbon. The third grand prize is a Four Roses Al Young 50th Anniversary Small Batch.

Additional prizes include hard-to-find bottles like Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, Angel’s Envy Cellar Collection and several Old Carter Very Small Batch releases. Full prize details are listed at give270.org.

During the live drawing, winners for prizes 4 through 50 will be drawn first. Those winning tickets will be placed back into the tumbler for the grand prize drawings. There is no limit to how many tickets a person can purchase, subject to availability.

Additional prizes include Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, Angel’s Envy Cellar Collections, Old Carter Very Small Batch offerings, Heaven Hill Select Stock, picks of Willett 8 Year Old Rye and Buffalo Trace, Knob Creek 18 Year Old and more.

Funds raised will support Give 270’s work in the Elizabethtown-Fort Knox region, which includes Hardin, LaRue and Meade counties. The nonprofit provides funding to local organizations focused on economic development, workforce readiness, and community programs.
