Suntory Global Spirits announced that the spirit’s giant’s bourbon brand, Knob Creek, is teaming up with Eli Manning to release a bourbon just in time for the Super Bowl.
The bourbon is called Eli Manning’s 2025 Bold Pick, and it is a limited release of Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon specially chosen by Manning. To craft the whiskey, Manning visited the Knob Creek campus and spent some time with eighth-generation Beam Master Distiller Freddie Noe to pick a bourbon that spent a minimum of nine years aging American white oak barrels.
The 120-proof-bourbon has a suggested retail price of $59.99 and is available in three locations: New York, Los Angeles and the home of the 2025 Super Bowl, New Orleans. All three locations have significance to the former New York Giants quarterback.
“As the founding house of Small Batch American Whiskey, our family knows bourbon as well as Eli knows football, so it is an honor to collaborate on this Knob Creek limited-edition Eli Manning’s 2025 Bold Pick release,” Noe said in a news release. “It was a pleasure to welcome Eli to our campus and the rackhouse, where, together we developed a full-flavored single-barrel bourbon that truly stands out.”
Knob Creek is additionally offering a guest experience for one lucky fan and three guests. The brand will offer the winner a private tour of the warehouse and barrel selection process, along with a $1,000 gift card to the brand’s American Outpost Gift Store.
“I partnered with Knob Creek because it’s my favorite bourbon,” Manning said. “Every sip is full of rich, bold flavor, making it perfect for celebrating life’s big moments and wins. Whether it’s the 9-year-old in an Old-Fashioned or sipping 12-year-old neat for something a little more special, Knob Creek is always my go-to and I’m excited for fans to try my single barrel bold pick.”
It appears whiskey fandom runs in the Manning family.
In 2019, fellow ex-QB and Eli’s brother, Peyton Manning, launched his Sweetens Cove Bourbon brand. The production process is helmed by the talented master blender, Marianne Eaves, who formerly held positions with Brown-Forman and Castle & Key.
