National Baseball Hall of Famer Cal Ripken Jr. and his brother, former MLB infielder Bill Ripken, teamed up with Maker’s Mark to select their very own blended bourbon, The Bourbon Flight reported Thursday.

According to The Bourbon Flight, about 248 bottles of the bourbon — named The Ripken Blend Private Selection — will be available. Each bottle is autographed by both of the Ripken brothers.

“Bill and I had a lot of fun with the Maker’s Mark team on the Bourbon Trail in beautiful Kentucky,” Cal Ripken Jr said. “The end result will be a unique piece of memorabilia for some of our coaches that will remind them of their baseball memories in Elizabethtown for years to come.”

The brothers personally selected the bourbon for their company, Ripken Baseball. The bottles will be available to baseball coaches across the U.S. who register their teams to play at The Ripken Experience Elizabethtown 2024.

“This special blend will be one of the most unique ‘only in Kentucky’ collectibles for baseball coaches,” Elizabethrown Tourism Executive Director Janna Clark said. “Whether the bottles are shared, saved, or displayed, we hope they enjoy taking a little piece of Kentucky back home with them,” said Janna Clark, Executive Director of Elizabethtown Tourism.”

Baseball coaches can receive an autographed bottled of The Ripken Blend in one of three ways:

  1. Register for one Week-Long Experience at The Ripken Experience Elizabethtown
  2. Register for one Knockout Tournament and one 4-Game Classic or 3-Game Tournament at The Ripken Experience Elizabethtown
  3. Register for three total tournaments, including one Spring or Fall Tournament at The Ripken Experience Elizabethtown C

Interested coaches can call Ripken Baseball at 410-306-7575 or visit RipkenBaseball.com for more information.

Earlier this month, Maker’s Mark released a new bourbon in its Wood Finishing City Series, available exclusively in Singapore.
