TX Whiskey Continues Experimental Series With Expression Finished in Apricot Brandy and Sherry Casks

The latest release in TX Whiskey’s Experimental Series is here.
On Tuesday, TX Whiskey announced the eighth release in its Experimental Series.
The new whiskey from the Fort Worth, Texas-based brand was finished in apricot brandy and sherry casks before being bottled at 88.4 proof.
“We took some of our best whiskeys from over the years and decided to utilize them for a new experimental launch,” TX Whiskey Head Blender Craig Blair said in a news release. “The brandy and sherry casks in which the straight whiskeys were finished really bring out the fruity taste that you’ll experience with each sip. The maturing and blending processes are delicate and the final product truly shows our Texas heart, which we aim to bring to every expression.”
TX Experimental Series Blend of Straight Whiskeys Finished in Apricot Brandy and Sherry Casks will debut April 20, and TX Whiskey will celebrate with an event at its home, Whiskey Ranch.
