On Monday, Heaven Hill Distillery announced the 19th edition of its annual Parker’s Heritage Collection. This year’s edition is an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight American Whiskey bottled at cask strength. The limited-release whiskey is set to launch in September with a suggested retail price of $179.99.

The 2025 edition is a 160-barrel blend of three mashbills aged in various rickhouses across Heaven Hill’s facilities. The blend is composed of:

  • 15-year-old wheated bourbon aged in Rickhouse A
  • 11-year-old corn whiskey from Rickhouses DD, GG, and BB
  • 12-year-old whiskey distilled from rye and malted barley aged in Rickhouse Y

The whiskey is bottled at 122.5 proof and is non-chill filtered.

“With each release of Parker’s Heritage Collection, we honor Parker Beam’s legacy by pushing the boundaries of American Whiskey,” Heaven Hill Master Distilled Conor O’Driscoll said in a news release. “This 19th Edition is a celebration of innovation and craftsmanship, bringing together three mashbills and age statements to create a complex, bold whiskey that truly stands out. We’re proud that this series not only showcases our team’s blending expertise, but also continues to support ALS research in Parker’s memory.”

Parker Beam, Heaven Hill’s longtime master distiller, was diagnosed with ALS in 2010. Since 2013, a portion of proceeds from each Parker’s Heritage bottle has supported ALS research and patient care through the ALS Association. To date, more than $1.4 million has been raised.

As with previous editions, quantities will be limited and distribution will include both U.S. and select international markets.
