Zeronimo Leonis Blend is a non-alcoholic red wine (<0.5% ABV) produced from 60% blaufränkisch, 20% zweigelt and 20% cabernet sauvignon. Sourced from 70-year-old vineyards in Neckenmarkter Hochberg, Central Burgenland, Austria, it is aged for two years in new French oak and dealcoholized using vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.
This can’t even be scored within my usual scoring system for non-alcoholic wine, as the difference between a 97- or 98-point non-alcoholic wine and this one is astronomical. It reset the benchmark but I’m giving it 100 points anyway.
