Produced in San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, Yola Jabalí is a limited-edition mezcal made from wild jabalí agave harvested at 14 years. Under NOM-0524X, it is crafted using a conical stone oven for cooking, an Egyptian tahona for grinding and wooden vats for fermentation. Bottled at 45% ABV, it features a label designed by Mexican artist Bárbara Sánchez-Kane.
