Yéyo Reposado Tequila is produced in the southern highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco, from 100% blue weber agave cooked in stone ovens and extracted with a roller mill. The fermented mash, made with deep well water and champagne yeast in open-air stainless steel tanks, is double distilled in copper pot stills. It then ages in used American white oak rum barrels and is bottled at 40% ABV.
