Yerushalmi Mount Moriah Peated Single Malt is an Israeli single malt produced at Yerushalmi Distillery in Moshav Zanoach near Jerusalem. Made under the direction of David Zibell of Golani Golan Heights Distillery, it is peated to 35 PPM and matured in ex-rum and new charred French oak casks. Bottled at 46.3% ABV with natural color and no chill filtration, it retails for around ₪220 to ₪269 (approximately $72 to $88 USD) in Israel.

  • Very spicy with toffee and vanilla sponge cake on the palate. It is pronounced and big.
