Yarchagumba Golden Sapphire is a herbal whiskey produced by Everest Herbs Processing Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu, Nepal since 1997. The spirit is made by blending organic wheat alcohol with Yarchagumba (Cordyceps sinensis), a Himalayan fungus found at altitudes of 4000-5000 meters, along with multiple natural herbs. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for around NPR 11,000 ($239 internationally).
