Yamazaki 12 Year Old Watami Founder's Choice is a Japanese single malt made at the Yamazaki Distillery. It was bottled for Miki Watanabe, founder of the Watami restaurant chain, and contains more sherry cask whisky than the standard Yamazaki 12. It's bottled at 43% ABV in a 660 ml bottle and sells on the secondary market for around $420 or more.
