Xoloitzcuintle Tequila Reposado is produced at Hacienda Capellania in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless tanks without fibers. It is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, aged in pipones and bottled at 46% ABV.
