Tequila Xoloitzcuintle Plata is produced at Hacienda Capellania in southern Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. The spirit is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils and bottled at 46% ABV. It is certified kosher and unaged.
