Xila Licor de Agave is a 750 ml mezcal-based liqueur created by Flor de Luna Destilados in Mexico City. Founded in 2015 by Hillhamn Salome, Mexico’s first all-women distillery blends traditional agave spirit with ancho chile from Puebla and botanicals including caramelized pineapple, lavender, hibiscus, clove, cinnamon and black pepper. The name Xila means “woman” in Zapotec. The bottle retails for $36.50.
