Xicote Tequila Reposado is produced at La Madrileña in the Ciénega region of Jalisco. Blue weber agave is cooked in autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks before being triple distilled. It is then bottled at 40% ABV after a brief aging period.
