Xibal Guatemala Gin is the first gin produced in Guatemala, made by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala and inspired by Mayan mythology. It is distilled five times by hand in copper stills using botanicals including juniper, fennel, coriander, black pepper, lemon, bay leaves, cardamom and orange. It is bottled at 45% ABV and retails for around $100.
