Wuliangye is a baijiu distillery headquartered in Yibin, Sichuan, China, producing a nongxiang (strong aroma) baijiu made with a mix of five cereal grains: sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat and corn. It is bottled at 52% ABV and sells in the $30-59 range. Wuliangye is one of the most popular baijiu brands both in China and abroad and as of 2023 is the second most valuable spirits brand in the world.

- Delicate soft rice balls, clipped grass and roasted aromas on the nose. Spicy palate with aniseed, meaty and stone fruit like plum and peach with good complexity.
