This is a great new rum for Worthy Park. The cane juice brings a touch of brine and grass zest to the already great flavor the classic worthy park flavors that are already here. I like this neat, but it would truly shine in a cocktail as expected from a Jamaican overproof rum.
Worthy Park Overproof is an excellent entry in the smaller and competitive sub-category of unaged Jamaican overproofs. It's got a classic overproof profile, but offers a few twists to keep things interesting.
