Worthy Park 109 Proof is an aged, overproof rum produced at Worthy Park Estate in Lluidas Vale, Jamaica. It's made from 100% molasses from estate-grown sugarcane and distilled on a Forsyths copper pot still. The blend consists of light-ester rum aged for three years in ex-bourbon casks and a small amount of unaged high-ester rum.
