  • Whew, this is a real treat, and perhaps one of the best Orange Wine releases I've seen come to market. Decadent and packed with character, it's hard to put this bottle down.

  • Nose:

Funky and fun with loads going on. Spice drops, candied ginger, orange peel, toffee and a touch of creamy sweetness. Light toasted oak, slivered almond.

  • Taste:

Thick and rich with layers and layers of honey, toasted almond and candied ginger. Rich, silky texture that's nothing short of opulent. Caramelized sugar, coconut, honey, cream and oak. There's an undeniable influence from the wine on this one, but it works with the rich, malty, oaky bourbon that Woodinville is laying down.

  • Finish:

Long finish, rich and syrupy, packed with flavor and a lovely wine influence. Bold oak, malt, toasted almond, crème brûlée and sweet orange peel circle the wagons once more.

  • Overall:

Whew, this is a real treat and perhaps one of the best Orange Wine releases I've seen come to market. Decadent and packed with character, it's hard to put this bottle down.
