Spritely and effervescent, rich toffee and a prickle of ethanol blend with a tropical fruit and stone fruit pair: apples, pears, mango and a touch of kiwi. Really unique,.
Moderate palate, nice texture and silkiness. A prickle of ethanol remains, but there's a richness where caramel, cream, toffee, apple butter, cinnamon and pecan blend together.
Jammy finish, unique and fruity. Apple butter all day long with a touch of vanilla bean, creme brulee and light cinnamon.
A unique, experimental pour, this release from Woodinville is fascinating, rich and exciting. It won't be for everyone, but if you love an apple pie in the winter, this pour has your name on it.
