Crafted by Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall, it is made by batching over 100 barrels from various production dates, warehouses and floors, then bottling the bourbon at its natural barrel proof. Priced at $149.99, it is available in limited quantities in select U.S. and global markets.

Sweet banana bread, toffee, butterscotch and vanilla bean. Sweet, lightly fruity, easy-going and enticing on the nose with light spice.
Moderate palate. At nearly 120 proof, there’s virtually zero heat. Honey, cocoa, banana bread and pecans, pepper and nutmeg. Pleasant and sweet, loads of vanilla bean.
Long finish that's heavy on sweetness and vanilla, toffee and more banana bread. It’s a very fruity finish, blended with some brown sugar and pepper.
Lovely and pleasant, this Batch Proof is a bit off the norm and dials up sweet and fruity character. It’s not my favorite of the bunch, but if you love banana bread, you’re going to be set here.
