  • For fun, I compared this whiskey to Old Forester Signature (100 proof, slightly hotter), as many complain that two bourbons are really made from the same stock. That’s clearly not the case, as the OldFo presents with a much stronger chocolate note, and more wood on the palate, making for a somewhat more frontier-style experience, in contrast to your more refined time with Woodford.
