Wood Hat Bloody Butcher Red Corn Whiskey is made in Missouri by Wood Hat Spirits. It is produced from locally grown and ground Bloody Butcher red corn, which is cooked, fermented, distilled and aged on-site. Maturation takes place in barrels made from chinkapin white oak that has been air-dried and rain-washed. The final whiskey is bottled at proofs that vary by batch.
