  • Surprisingly good, and satisfying based on my experience in the past from Texas. Definitely bucks the stereotype of most TX whiskey being bad.

  • Nose:

Vanilla, caramel, sawdust. Pretty muted. Really heavy in the caramel department.

  • Taste:

Medium mouth feel, really pretty sweet. Wet grass, oak, tobacco, passion fruit, clove.

  • Finish:

Long and complex, clove, tobacco, honey, vanilla and oak. Some more passion fruitiness.

  • Overall:

Surprisingly good, and satisfying based on my experience in the past from Texas. Definitely bucks the stereotype of most TX whiskey being bad.
