I do wish that those notes were more integrated throughout the experience without the sharp contrast that hits between the palate and finish. Wild Turkey Decades was yet another great addition under the Master’s Keep name and is very deserving of a taste.
The taste has notes of dried apple chips, butterscotch, campfire smoke, dark chocolate, and coffee beans…then turns spicy with clove and allspice notes that linger through the finish, which is long and balances the spices with underlying touches of caramel, vanilla, and oak. Excellent!
