Wild Common Tequila Blanco is made from blue agave in the Jalisco Valley by Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo. The agave is roasted for 72 hours in small brick ovens, extracted using a stone tahona and roller mill and naturally fermented with agave fibers. It is distilled twice in small stainless and copper pot stills.
A deeply concentrated minerality and savory, green profile make this tequila stand out, and the absence of chill filtration only makes its flavors shine brighter.
