Expressive and full of fruit, minerality, toffee and a touch of praline. Sweet buttercream, honey and strawberry.
Moderate palate, toffee and honey, light and sweet. Faint fruits, strawberry and vanilla. A hint of baking spice, oaky and dry.
Pleasant finish with moderate complexity. Honey, minerality, orange peel, sweet buttercream and light oak.
This is an interesting pour. It’s oaky and dry but full of fruit, minerality and honey.
