Bold maple and tons of spice, spice drops, cinnamon, clove, and brown sugar. Rich and inviting, no sign of youth. Hello!
Rich on the palate, a touch of spice and ethanol. Bold maple, caramel, honey and rye spice blend nicely together, a touch of fruit, spice and oak on the back palate. The caramel and maple character work great here.
Long finish, great blend of rye spice, clove, pepper and maple. Through and through this has been an impressive surprise.
Surprisingly, this is another killer barrel from Whistle Pig. I suspect they make the best available to their Legends Partners, but either way, this is some of the best of WhistlePig's own distillate that I've ever tried, and the
