Whisky Trail Thy Distillery is a 2020 vintage, four-year-old malted rye whisky distilled at Thy Distillery in northwestern Denmark and bottled by Elixir Distillers as part of its Whisky Trail series. The mash bill consists of 60% malted rye, 30% malted Odyssey barley and 10% spelt, all organically grown on the Gyrup family estate.   • Slightly green, like freshly growing branches. There’s a lot of nutmeg and clove spice, along with maple syrup and black pepper.
