Produced by Emmanuel Camut at EC Distillery in Calvados, France, this limited edition single malt whisky was distilled from 100% organically grown malted barley from Rouen in copper pot stills. It was filled into a cask that previously held balsamic vinegar in December 2018 and later bottled at 47% ABV without chill filtration.
