It is produced in Western Australia using locally grown malted barley and forms part of the Wheatbelt Series, which highlights regional grain and agricultural sourcing. The whiskey was first matured for four years in ex-Upshot barrels, then finished for two years in Oloroso sherry casks from the Jerez region of Spain.
