Cleveland Whiskey Wheat Penny 1958 Bourbon is produced in Ohio by Cleveland Whiskey and made from a mashbill of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. It is matured using the distillery's pressure-aging process, which cycles pressure and temperature over chopped wood. The whiskey is initially aged in new charred oak and finished with cherry wood and toasted oak. Bottled at 47% ABV with no age statement, it is named for the final minting year of the wheat penny.
